Great news received yesterday with the CITY OF PORT AUGUSTA signing up again to support the ASRL SA's Grand Prix Series.
In what must be a national record in surfboat sponsorship, the Council has allocated $12k for the Series and will be the 14th year of support of surf rowing in SA.
So, slip Saturday 7 November in your diaries for the launch and after party at downtown Port Augusta.
Anybody heard from the Esperance crew?? Would be great to get interstate crews involved, eh?
Rumour has it that one of the ex-Palmy U23 ladies is working up at Roxby Downs and is keen to get a BHP Billiton crew together for the community row off.
