New Membership Applications to the ASRL are always welcome.

We encourage new Individual Members to take advantage of our online registration & payment in our shop which you can visit by clicking HERE.  Alternatively, you can download the forms below.

The ASRL is providing two types of Membership for the 2012/13 season - (1) Individual & (2) Crew.  Individual Membership forms are available in either PDF or Word format.  For Administrative purposes, CREW MEMBERSHIP FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN EXCEL FORMAT.

• 1. Individual Membership - for those members NOT intending to compete in the Navy National Series or the ASRL Open.  If you are competing in these events, please submit your Membership as part of a Crew Membership - the form below.

• 2. 2012-13 Crew Membership/Entry

• The entry fee is $60 per competitor
• Each Competitor will recieve: 
  • - SurfVest (including buoyancy pack)
  • - Business Shirt
  • - Cap
  • - Car Sticker
  • - Membership for 2012-2013 Season
  • - Entry into Navy Surf Rowers Series & ASRL Open
• ASRL Open Entries CLOSE 20 January, 2013 (late entries up to 72 hours before start of competition at $120 per person)
• It is imperative that if a crew is competing in the ASRL Open that they select YES for EACH CREW competing
• The Crew Entry process: 
  • (1) Download and complete the form
  • (2) Entry Form emailed or posted to the ASRL
  • (3) ASRL Invoices the Club or point of contact
  • (4) ASRL sends a Purchase Order to SurfVest
  • (5) SurfVest & other goods dispatched to Club within 14-28 days of Purchase Order
• There are 3 payment options Direct Debit, Invoice or cheque (Details are provided on the Entry Forms)
• For Admin purposes, the Entry Form is only available in one format - Excel Spreadsheet (You will need a suitable program to open/download the form below).
• Entry information is used to maintain the ASRL Membership database - Details need to be complete & accurate!  Email addresses & Mobile Phone numbers are used for newsletters & Electronic Voting.  Please provide where avilable!
• Please be advised that any forms that are incomplete or repeat contact information eg: TBA or AS ABOVE or the SAME email and mobile as another crew member will be returned to the sender marked NOT ENTERED – INCOMPLETE DETAILS.
• PLEASE NOTE: All Clubs/Members paying by cheque must make the cheque payable to; Australian Surf Rowers League
