Please follow the links below to the 2009/10 season ASRL Membership form. Open the document and print it out. Fill in the relevant details and send to the address given on the bottom of the form.

The ASRL is providing two types of Membership for the 2009/10 season - Individual & Crew.  These forms below are in either PDF or Excel format and require a pdf reader or Excel to open. 

• 1. Individual Membership - for those members not intending to compete in the Navy National Series or the ASRL Open

• 2b. Crew Membership - PDF Format - including Entry Fee into Navy Surf Rowers National Series & ASRL Open
